Nope not IMO...Why do so? Pay to convert your "free gift" of PFDs into "restricted" commone shares...I would maybe consider it if they were not restricted. As for my self i very much doubt I would convert the PFDs no matter what the pps is....This is a pink for god sake, and holding restricted shares for a year is foolish IMO...
