Why would Dozy be concerned?
Whatever stake he has in TMNA, TMNA will own 75% of TIO when the merger is completed.
That's what makes TMNA such a great buy at this level.

So the increase in TIO share price is a good thing, because whatever TIO is worth, we TMNA holders will own 75% of that value.
