I'd be calling the SEC to find out what my rights would be regarding the stocks /certificates that you own. It would seem to me that Schwab should have rolled all those stocks you are holding from TDA into a Schwab account until you decide to sell them . They don't own them, you do. I hold quite a few worthless pink stocks from the grey market that I purchased 2020-2021 that is was holding and which became restricted but Schwab has not forced me to sell them. I cannot buy anymore of them, but I can sell them, and there is always the hope they may resurrect,come to life, etc. in the future. Wish you luck!
