Perhaps he was talking about the spinoff shares that will be restricted and unregistered and anyone that bought after april 25 will get nada, which in the end might be a blessing because of all the fees involved in having those shares arrive in your account, or by mail, and then attempting to ACTUALLY go through the procedures of getting them registered and unrestricted......
