Dividends~? On a shell~? Not me. They probably want to put some sort of restriction in place so people cannot sell right away.
Look at INPX and dividend CXAI for example.

Only in the OTC....... Sheeesh~!
Anything about $0.13 and I am even or plus.
$0.50 to $1.00 would be good.
Low float and they want a dividend~? What for~? Unless what I stated above.
