Nope, no need for a R/S here, here's the reasons why.......

#1....The A/S count is at 10 Bil shares to prevent a hostile takeover.

#2....We haven't seen an 8-k saying that a R/S would be happening anytime soon. Remember, the ceo said ALL corporate actions (whether good or bad) would be addressed on an SEC form 8-k.

#3....The A/S is at 10bil and the O/S at 2.9 bil. There is NO reason to do a R/S when there is a 7 bil share difference.
