So how many times does Thompson have to use the word commercial and tell his shareholders commercial quantities are being made until they’re not… maybe you could post the PR telling all shareholders he’s announced production is underway and exactly how much has been produced…. Could you post the link to the PR… I’ll be waiting

When commercialization happens, the negatives still remain. History is not so easily overlooked.

You imagine that the Spydasilk launch will quickly boost the share price into the multi-dollar range. We don’t know how things will unfold, but I imagine that the boost will be much smaller and slower than you imagine.

Once bitten, twice shy goes the saying. Thompson has bitten his shareholders again and again and again. Everyone who performs DD will see this. New investors are going to be shy and I don’t see many current investors buying a bunch of shares at a 50 cents a piece with faith that the share price will go a lot higher.

There are fundamental mismanagement issues with KBLB. No annual shareholder meetings; murky PRs that leave the state of the company unclear; two super voting shares that give Thompson undeserved power; a lack of a functioning BoD; and a long history of positive projections followed by silent failures.

None of those will go away with commercialization. They will go away when Thompson holds ASM’s annually, puts out meaningful PRs, drops his super voting shares, appoints a BoD, and meets his own proposed timelines.

Until all of those things happen, the company will suffer from unresolved mismanagement problems. Thompson can fix many of those things even before commercialization if he so chooses.
