When did workers ever have any clout over corporations except perhaps when most of them belonged to a union a long, long time ago? But as far as I can tell, he lives in a "right to work state" and hates unions. So how does anything he says make any sense in that regard? Unionization is down to 10%. What kind of "clout" are he/you talking about?
