The restricted count did not change and the reserve shares were all Frank O's (through his companies as established by public filings). This was revealed by Frank B in an April 6 tweet of a March 27 document from ye Olde Monmouth posted here by Carjockey2.

So here's a thought. What if these "reserve shares" are not in the float, as Frank B claims, but they ARE restricted and 20,000,000 previously restricted shares are now in the float instead?

Inspector gadget called the $MONI TA today and said the share structure has grown by 1.2 bazillion jiggawatts! That's the equivalent of a lightning strike to the O/S! Stay tuned for more breaking updates that can not really quite at all be verified lol. Still amusing though!

Yup....

Adding 20 million to the outstanding shares is miniscule but the company dumping 20 million shares on the bid and tanking the PPS is another story.

...if the shares aren't being dumped to the bid no one really cares.
