I have bad news for you if you ever expect these plans to be made publicly available. May 20th is just the day the GSEs are required to be submitted to the FHFA, and they wont be made public. Just like the capital plans the GSEs submitted in sept 2021 werent made public.

thank you. i wonder if capital plan leaked as the pfds went down hard last week. dcbill says nothing is secret on the hill. maybe the director would change the capital ratio with a stroke of pen on may 19th midnight just like they took everyone by surprise with conservatorship, nws overnight. who knows.
they can't have it too high of a capital ratio as there will be lots of political concerns i.e. if they are so undercapitalized why so much handout, why so much spent on social reengineering and who so much giveaway from these 2 private companies when they need capital? too low of a ratio works beautifully though. who knows what they will do. maybe they will never release the capital plan. or release and take it back just like stress test.
this may be the last chance to do it right. earnings is next week, another chance to announce something meaningful.
