A Couple of Questions Pretty

1) Will there be a second round of Share Reductions?
2) Has he accounted for or found ALL the shares ?
3) Will the Merger announcement happen AFTER share cancellations and SEC/FINRA
issues resolved or before.?
4) Will the Co. want a Reveres Split ?
5) Can you give me a realistic timeline for the above questions ?
