“With our audit now complete, TIPS now intends to file a Form 10 with the SEC and upon approval, be an SEC fully reporting company and qualified for uplisting to OTCQB with OTC Markets. Thank you.“

so, my guess is that form 10 is coming & a

requirement of this form to be submitted.. is

confirmation of share structure… thusly the

constant updates… (and possibly the reason

for the dividend shares issued at previous

filing)
