It seems like that covers every possibility. Either NVSC dismisses the appeal and requires that a writ be filed, it construes the appeal as a writ, or it issues a decision without mentioning a writ.
None of those outcomes are biased for either side, the NVSC could construe the appeal as a writ and then deny it. And that third option is a big umbrella covering any possible outcome that doesn't mention a writ at all.
So please enlighten me as to what your fourth option is?
