I am not sure why the "preferred's keep speaking of a conversion".

You can convert RIGHT NOW! Just push "sell" to your preferred shares, then "Buy" to the applicable number of commons, and "you have converted" your preferred shares to common shares. Dont wait! Do that ASAP. (I did it several years ago).

But wait!!!! The preferred's dont want a "conversion". Instead, they want a "preferred favorable conversion" at the expense of commons.

So, get down and write a letter.

Dear Santa:
I have been a good boy. I want you to convert all my preferred shares, to commons, and send me an extra $200 per share. That's what I want for Christmas.

Signed. Preferred shareholders who insult common shareholder on the common shareholder board. You know who you are.

For good measure, send a similar letter to the Easter Bunny, Scotus, FHFA, and all common shareholders..We will vote on it.
