Something… likely minor….

frequent updates of share structure have

been happening… last one was 4-17, now

another one on 4-19…no changes, obviously

(That’s the one great thing about tips, no

dilution, ever)…. but why such frequent

updates!?!! (Preparing for an upcoming

filing!?!?)
