Why do you keep bringing up Origin or any other company for that matter? LCYB who owns all of the BioAmber assets for years now can make a deal with Origin if they would like. Hell maybe they already have. That would be great for LCYB but will not change a dam thing for former BioAmber shareholders. I just don’t understand how anyone could still believe the nonsense that more could be coming. The lawsuit means nothing just like the last one meant nothing. The suit will close and once again it will prove that BioAmber shareholders lost their investment here and no matter how many lies are told to the contrary it will never change
FYI… nobody has any confidentiality agreements with BioAmber. BioAmber is dead and gone. A simple google search will show you that each and every one of your posts are wrong. You seem to do a heck of a lot of reading and research but are 100% wrong each and every time. Instead of researching companies that will never become partners with dead BioAmber research how corporate bankruptcy works. Research what happens when an insolvent company (BioAmber ) is liquidated for less than its total debts.
