So B402 carelessly misrepresented Roe in saying it set viability at 12 weeks - whereas it said as you say viability generally occurred at 24-28 weeks:

The justices, in the ruling written by conservative Justice Samuel Alito, held that the Roe decision that allowed abortions performed before a fetus would be viable outside the womb - which occurs between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy - was wrongly decided because the U.S. Constitution makes no specific mention of abortion rights. .. https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-supreme-court-overturns-abortion-rights-landmark-2022-06-24/

I agree with Roe v.........Nothing after 12 weeks with an exception for the mothers health....

So B402 cut the time generally allowing for most abortions from 24 to 12 weeks. He cut it in half. That is extreme.

And he doesn't see rape or incest as legitimate reasons for a women to seek abortion after 12 weeks. That is an even more extreme abortion position. Hardly fair to millions of women worldwide. According to that post of his, B402 does not feel women should have the right to abortion after 12 weeks, even in the case of rape or incest. Except to save the life of the woman. Thanks.
