Having too many secrets is not generally good for people, so don't see why it should be
that different for governments and corporations.
Interpersonally, yeah. Government to government, I don't think so. Russia, China, N. Korea, opening up to us? I'll check the long range forecast for a freeze in hell.
Chances are there is at least one too many secrets kept from you, and this is all the more reason to share what’s on your mind. When you open up to others, others will open up to you.
