Surely, it's only logical to conclude that if he had done something wrong, he would have been NAMED already.

Well if that’s the case let’s hear David LaMountain say he is no longer being questioned by the SEC and he did nothing wrong.
I would not assume any such thing as he hasn’t been named already means he didn’t do anything. Anyone that follows SEC litigation would know there are trailing cases of involved people with pump and dumps after the initial case comes out - as did with Kistler just a few months ago - even the the case dated back many years.

But perhaps David already told his telegram/discord group he did nothing wrong? Did he?
