It doesn't look like LaMountain filed any lawsuit by that. It was a motion to quash an investigative subpoena. I looked over what nodummy posted.

Yes, the lawsuit of the SEC against that Kistler character was very real. So? It looks like regarding LaMountain it amounted to nothing.
