What I look for in a company is what deal was made to bring an executive or key people onboard
So if they get compensated ONLY in stock or pretty much all stock and a small amount of cash then you can reasonably believe that they only at they will make money is if the stock goes up so if the gave 5 million shares, that give them the skin in the game and that works for me
$HDUP - I understand that thought but the Kellner family has 70 mil shares and they are not the ones who are bringing in all the deals. And we haven't seen how Spinola will be treated, they will be the one bringing in all the revenues. Do you think that Mark and the Spinola want to be treated less than the Kellners?
