If He was as guilty as is made out to be, he would have been banned from trading, and his prospects of being a CEO/ Director of TTCM or other traded company would have been unlikely.

Well new litigation just came out just 3 1/2 months ago against Brian Kistler (CEO of FHLD) for his involvement in WSML.
