ron......can you provide substantiation for your assertion that JPM paid RICO in Dec 2009, and the amount?....why was this not discussed on the message board all these years, if in fact this is the truth....all you need to do is provide a document, or news story to back up your assertion .... if WMI did get RICO, where did the money go?... did shareholders benefit, or was it WMI?....this RICO settlement? does not show up on the Feb 2012 MOR as presented to the bankruptcy court.... JPM, along with other banks paid a 13 billion dollar fine to the SEC for their part in the 2008 financial crisis, but that money was paid to the SEC, not WMI......are you suggesting that WMI benefited financially from monies paid to the SEC?....
