Agree it's clearly a promotional paid report, but it appears to be factually correct.
I doubt Zacks would be willing to lie for up to $40K per year.
I too wondered why NNVC isn't running trials "themselves" in US with an IND with FDA. (They would hire it out to a CRO anyways, so it wouldn't really be them running the trial in US either). Several thoughts: it might be cheaper there; they may have less stringent requirements to get started there; it's easier to bribe people there; Diwan gets to pad his own pocketbook there.
This type of arrangement isn't that unusual, to license a drug to another company to run trials and sell in another territory. What's so unusual is that Diwan never stops dealing with himself, and finds new ways to weave his tangled web.
