NO info was given to the SEC that the shareholders don't know about.

Before you make such accusations, you really should learn how the process BY LAW works. If an SEC registrant requests any material they provide to the Commission be withheld from the public, known as confidential treatment, they have to file a request. The SEC then rules on the request. If no, the document is made public on EDGAR. If yes, the SEC files the acceptance notice on EDGAR and gives a firm date of when the information will be made public, so any interested parties can come back then and get the information once the date passes.

BIOAQ had NO CT Orders, which means there are none. This conspiracy theory is as ridiculous and non-factual as all the others.
