They hired Robert Day who’s got an incredible track record as a CFO - in discussions with management it sounds like they wanted to do an extra set of checks and controls regarding the financial reporting - not uncommon when a new CFO comes in and wants to understand the accrual process and get comfortable with all material assertions made to the financials
