On the typical pump and dump pinkies it usually is, but this company doesn't pay for pnd across various platforms like many pinkies with no real products or services. This company hasn't done any toxic financing which in turn ends up blowing up the float, and they are actually trying to produce something to actually sell. These guys don't operate like they're in pinkyland. I've been around the OTC for quite a few years, and I haven't seen a company quite like this in pinkyland with such a low float.
