We'll see exactly what is owed Ionic in the 10K; however it is approximately $10M. The Company and Ionic have lawsuits filed against each other. Until this is resolved, nobody will fund this Company.
BTW when CURR sold assets last year, they didn't pay any monies back to Ionic, instead they paid off all the monies that were due to Nancy and the other directors ($3M)
