You can't be serious, Eno's 1 million options are not shares as per the screen capture below, otherwise they would be listed in the 2nd column as split adjusted.

Eno, the sixth largest insider shareholder? That would imply he held equity in BioAmber. Eno had zero (0) shares!



You never did prove your so called fact Eno purchased 400K shares at the end of July.

Who wanted proof that Eno owned 1M shares? ... uh ... 400K more than his 600K options, which he purchased at the end of July 2018. Doubt his purchase, making him the 6th largest insider shareholder, but you can't question that he increased his options by 400K ... and you must deny that Christmas comes in July.
