APRU isn’t on the Commission’s agenda for April, but Tony hasn’t straightened out Bob’s corporate mess with Illinois, so there’s no way they could be.

Otherwise, anything less than 5% could close tomorrow if Lena is good with dealing with someone who is REVOKED in Illinois, but that isn’t likely. In fact, it would be risky for Lena.

Not true from what I've seen... news doesn't seem to impact this either way. We didn't have news when this came to life a few weeks ago, at least not any that we didn't already know.
