IMO; stock won't go up until the DEFAULTED DEBT situation in resolved with Ionic. Too much risk of additional dilution and reverse stock split. Need to raise money!! The $2M due from Rob Davidson's Company is not nearly enough (even assuming they get it).

That's what we need to see in the Financials...more revenues. Hopefully by May 15th we have a clearer picture.
