Where are the long list of manufacturers supplying hospitals with on-site generating equipment?

The analogy of equating phones & PCs to systems doesnt work

Hospitals are stuck with PCTs old equipment. The only way to keep its customers was to come up with gen3 to replace the junk they put out there
