When a phone or computer breaks down, the manufacturer doesnt have to make an appointment to visit my home to repair it or eventually offer me a replacement for a 25% premium... .unlike the hospitals who have PCT systems that have no other choice

When my phone or PC breaks down, I just get a new one from any one on the long list of manufactures
