I know for a fact PCTs systems were breaking down and needed repair/replacement.

Does one truly believe hospitals "upgraded" to gen3, with the necessary approvals and increased costs, because they wanted to pay more $$?

If the original installed equip was doing the job without tons of maintenance headaches, there would be no need to gen 3... you dont fix whats not broken
