Cowboy, I called the OTCMG and they were very clear about having the "Shell Risk Removed" from the OTC site. The 10K designation box checked to a-firm you are not a shell risk will not necessarily get the Shell Risk warning removed. They said the company needs to provide evidence, either in the financials or in writing. I never mentioned INQD (Indoor Harvest) while discussing this issue.
