Yes they tweeted about the state wanting them complete prior. My question is without the loan granted, what financial means gave them the green light to go into contract? Deposit, pre approval, approval, verbal agreement? We simply just don’t know yet, all tbd. My opinions.

Haven't seen a single opportunity announced since the highly promoted Medrecycler franchise model announced over 2 years ago. The tweets about 19 other states identified and being targeted for the advanced recycling process were very convincing? lol

Still waiting to for the winner of the "guess the next Medrecycler state" contest. Then there was the tweet offering the contest winner getting a free trip to tour that first Medrecycler franchise facility? lol

Based on the below, would indicate that approval has yet to be secured - they need to do additional work/study.

This leads me to believe they could back out of the property purchase contract with little pain.
