*****What ? The judge is simply following the proper procedure - nothing more nothing less , there will be a hearing and the judge will want to know why the plaintiffs settled so fast and whether the settlement was in the best interest of all shareholders

I hear 2 more separate law suits are coming soon

This shady management deserves everything they get but in the end shareholders will foot the bill regardless
