Probably Bureaucracy in Nevada..

Probably not. The reinstatement process is pretty clear, pretty simple, and pretty quick. PT has simply responded to pressure from his herd of cats.

Heard any good rumors lately about JVs, royalties, etc.? Seems that the insider wannabe's are flapping their gums with all kinds of stupid talk about royalties. What legit junior explorer or miner would spend a nickel on a sub-economic deposit like Santa Elena? It has been proven through what little drilling is done that the vein system is inconsistent, not continuously mineralized, and generally no-grade or low-grade. Argo recognized that with their first round of drilling.....and bailed out. And it has also been proven through 3-4 years of heap leaching that very little gold can be leached out of barren material. Amazin' rich pond.....my azz......

No, it wasn't. I have Nevada Corps and know all about the process. This wasn't a bureaucratic delay. It was because the company intentionally did not submit the documentation neither when it was due, nor when they were caught and promised it would be submitted quickly. They lied, but there is nothing new there. PT is a serial liar, and almost certainly he had to scramble for funds to pay both Nevada and his Agent to return Mexus to active status as Mexus is not only broke, they are insolvent.
