That's because MONI never got served. Wait... don't believe me. I am 100% for sure that you will not find any court docket within any pacer database confirming that claim. It is a false claim. This was discussed months ago. I wonder why it is being brought up again now at this time?

For anyone wondering.

IF you can find a court docket showing there is a lawsuit then we can address it further. Until then it's all just rehashing the same thing over and over.
