#441258 RE: hap0206 #441251

I've always worked on my feet as an adult. After college I tried to go sit on my ass in an office but I hated it. As a kid I was really active in sports. That's how I got into building houses and later trudging around giant buildings, climbing up and down numerous flights of stairs to get where I was going.

It had its drawbacks though. I did develop plantar fasciitis and got this shit in my eyes, but live and learn right?

I played golf for numerous years and never took a cart unless I was in some club deal where we had to.

I've got more miles under these boots than all your marathons put together and I got wise and buy expensive ones now so my feet don't hurt anymore after trying for a few years with orthotics and cortisone shots.

If I never found out about the spots on my lungs I'd still be burning up a pack a day too. Sometimes it's hard when friends come over and know they are totally allowed to fire up while I watch.

I just try to understand where I'm at and never judge others for their personal preferences. We all seem to be happy.
