And when they filed for PPP it was based on payroll reports and documented employees and when they filed they had more employees or they would not have qualified.

Who would the other employees on payroll be besides 1 or 2 during 2020 and 2021? There wasn't, based on quarterly filings before and after PPP payments.

Also Medrecycler was not Sun and the landlord in RI was paid since the company reported it was settled unless you have some details the rent wasn't satisfied.

Lease termination settlement was negotiated and landlord must have accepted something versus nothing to get Medrecycler out of the building to sign a new lease with another tenant.

And also SNPW was not responsible for lease since they only had a profit participation and had no liability which was a great move IMO

Medrecyler, LLC was lessee. The Profit Participation Agreement with Medi-Ri included Medrecyler, LLC giving up it's 51% of Medi-Ri and storing the equipment for Medi-Ri
