Getting the price down to .09 required massive dilution and the motivation to drop the price is now gone since they just needed it below .10 at EOD for one day for the warrants.
It isn’t going to stay down without dilution and they won’t dilute it right away to .09 again if they can push it back up and dilute there. Besides, when they cash in their warrants they’ll want the price to be as high as possible and they want the prices to go up and down over longer periods so that they can make money off of the shorts.
