B402, You didn't make a comparison. You attempted a distraction. IF you had run with my query we both might have learned something new before now. Instead of your stale old...

"My Sydney comparison is quite real...No one knows till they wears the shoes
P - Take NYC and just 40k people....NY was like you, who cares...Now NYC, just that mere 40k later are screaming we are overwhelmed, we need more resources...
P - Now imagine 100,000+ 'a month' coming into the border states...You see the map, spare me the semantics......So Sydney, like NYC is just fine, as long as you are not on the border...
P - And you don't have a clue till you've worn the shoes
"

There you are mired in the old, IF game which was not the focus at all.

We all know Europe is now less open to refugees than they were earlier on. We all know many of us may be happy to welcome one into our house, yet balk at 10. Have the walls built in Europe solved the refugee problem? No. And we all know your southern border situation has proved to be unsolvable by you, or by either of the major parties for fucking decades. You don't have a solution. No one has.

You rant on about stuff everyone is well aware of, it is a waste of time, energy and space. You are like the old grumppa who lives in his own compartmentalized little complainant world. Spare you the semantics you say. No one here is just playing with semantics, it's just you blaming it all on the Dems and whinging about all that you can.

Why don't you concentrate on drug demand in the US which feeds the cartels. You know talk about, or at least post about, a positive solution once in a while.

Even just an informative factual post on virtually any topic would be a welcome relief from your normal - hey i care and you/dems don't care - degenerate whine.

Meanwhile spare some thought for this Mexican border town

The border town that 'forgot' it was part of the US - BBC News

In 1967, the residents of US-Mexico border town Rio Rico discovered they weren't Mexican citizens but were actually American.

For years it was assumed Rio Rico was part of Mexico, because it lay south of the river that forms the US-Mexico border.

During the Prohibition era, the town became known as a place US citizens could go to freely drink and gamble.

However, prior to 1906, Rio Rico actually lay to the north of the river and was therefore American territory.
