It says a $7 million securities fraud but the Fair Fund is $4,179,000.

"“Administrative Costs" means any administrative cost including without limitation, the fees and expenses of the Tax Administrator and Distribution Agent and the Distribution Agent, tax obligations, and investment costs. All Administrative Costs will be paid by the Fair Fund."

I hope the Administrative Costs aren't going to be 1/4 of the Fair Fund.
