Everything we just discussed was DJTs treasury. DJTs treasury said we cant write down snr pfds bc 1) legality + 2) politics. They wouldnt compromise even when we won collins en banc that NWS was illegal. We already know what and how DJTs treasury wants to restructure. Why would that change if he comes back in power? Thats foolish/wishful thinking.
