So you're surprised that places called Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Tejas and Colorado have large hispanic populations? Odd, huh? And then they went and renamed everything Los this, and Las that, and San something or other.... The nerve of them... Those sneaky motherfuckers!
Complex issue that has to be managed fo sho BUT just leaving it there with that map really seems like a Dog Whistle/wedgie - like pulling up hard at the back of someone's underwear ;).
I'm open minded though. Maybe your intention is elsewhere.. kinda like Sorta thinking I was taking a shot at Jewish People (I did some cultural sensitivity training last night and watched 9. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel ,.. hmpf.. I see on the list 1. The Baker and the Beauty, which we already watched - must have failed that first session ;)
Anyhow, got off topic there
Correct me if I'm wrong B4, your map "66%" illustrates an ethnicity diverse population that is growing more so and maybe saying Hispanics are leading the "movement". It seems this "movement" has been forever but for sure has to be managed as we saw with US/CN migration agreement as of late. Whitey can always go back to Europe if they aren't happy about it ;).
Yup, Biden and Trudeau both said in their speeches our strength has been and our continued strength will continue to be our embrace of diversity. They are both Democrats however so not much diversity there ;).
.. map a little dated but you get the idea. I see Ukie's last on the list there. Early memory for me tough kid in the school yard first time speaking to me asks "Where you from?" .. forget where I got the statistic but somehow knew Ukie's were 2% of the population at the time so just answered "I'm 2% of Canada". He just walked away confused.
