Date of the alliance agreement was 2/21/23. Date of 8k was 3/1. So nearly 2 weeks in as of 8k filing which included language of a 5 day turnaround for filing the subsidiary. Now at 3/20/23 we are a month in since alliance agreement was effected. Should be any second now, if not EMC has some splain'n to do.
