I don't know, many of the company's I have delt with. The RS is the killer unless they got big news. Frgt had a friendly rs just to stay compliant because their future is solid. A 1 to 10 and its at .20 cents to stay compliant. But their earning are good and the future is good. And if they came out a 2 dollars they really can't dilute because they would go back to being none compliant. Defeats the purpose of the RS. Why many don't mind the RS at frgt. Earning are good. Company looks solid. If byoplanet does this and does not have this then they just sabatoged their company and it turns into a scam real quick. Something I don't think they want out of the gate unless they have the goods to back it up. They got something but nothing that would drive people to invest.
