The upcoming Florida subsidiary incorp filings will have to show the new share ownership and that increase to restricted should be encouraging to us as growth incentive.
So the formula here is a winner -

What tripped me up a bit was that Alliance section in the recent 8k where it stated subsidiary incorp docs would be filed within 5 days of the 8k dated 3/1/23. So i reached out to IR for some general clarification and within 24 hrs their response was that i did not misunderstand the 8k language and that they were waiting for some IP provisions to be put in place before registering the new name which was taking a bit longer and they appreciated our support.
I presume now that EMC will be aligning the companys announcement of their new alliance subsidiary with the timing of their Florida filing.
Any day now, Im swiping refresh on the Florida corporation site daily in anticipation.
