Agree, a whopping 80% of the OS is restricted leaving only a 20% float. This puppy is gonna move and move hard once reality of this new SC Culinary / FranSMART alliance and its details disseminates. I suspect this is why EMC has been onboarded for IR mgmt. KITL is still flying way under the radar.
